Northland Triple Extract Chaga is a - Step 1 - 120 day, 190 proof alcohol extraction. Step 2 - 24 hour low heat water extraction. Step 3 - A rapid freeze method that fractures more cell walls, followed by another 24 hour low heat water extraction. I believe by doing this third extraction we are getting a better end product.
